Indigo's Client Area allows you instant online access to the following:
view and download service charge demands and reminders for your individual unit.
view contact details that are held on file for your individual unit.
download important documents pertaining to your estate such as budgets, leases and house rules, audited accounts, insurance policies, etc.
receive announcements regarding maintenance or other important issues relating to the management of your estate.
In order to access this service you will need to have a valid email address registered with Indigo, notifications will be sent to owner’s emails addresses when there are any changes to their account or announcements are made pertaining to their Management Company.
