As part of our commitment to drive down costs related to the maintenance of your development all contracts are put out to tender at least once per annum, tender documents are presented to the directors before any contractor is appointed. We provide detailed financial reports to directors every quarter including a breakdown of service charge arrears, cashflow reports, bank reconciliations and expenditure versus budget comparison. For total transparency all reports are available to owners upon request.
We have in many cases a 100% service charge collection rate throughout our managed developments. Our personal approach to service charge arrears allows us to avoid lengthy legal actions and concentrate on ensuring developments under our management are the best they can be.
